The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 此次《规定(修订稿)》放宽引进人才入户条件。全面支持高层次人才入户(不受年龄、社保等限制)；放宽年龄限制，博士、硕士、本科入户年龄条件均放宽5岁(博士由50周岁放宽到55周岁；硕士由45周岁放宽到50周岁；本科由40周岁放宽到45周岁)；降低学历门槛，允许大专学历入户(具有中国内地普通高校全日制大专学历，或全日制技师学校高级工班以上毕业的人员，年龄35周岁及以下，在广州连续缴纳社会保险满一年)。
